Exercise Therapy
Exercise is crucial to recovery from any pain problem.
Exercise lessens pain over time by reducing body/mind stress
and relaxing the muscles.
Exercise also triggers the brain to produce chemicals that
reduce our perception of pain and allows natural sleep cycles
to resurface.
When sleep is normal our body repairs itself properly and
pains subside.
Betsy instructs her clients in specific "corrective"
exercises which target weak muscles to lengthen and strengthen
their bodies giving better overall results.
